Whipped Cream
Our freshly pasteurized whipping cream is an excellent ‘Multipurpose cream’ and for that reason it got the name ‘Golden Cream.’Multipurpose’ in the sense that it can be used in pastry, confectionery, ice cream manufacturing as well as for soups, meat, fish and pasta sauces. It has a high over run and is very heat stable.
