"The LUMEN, model L 88 HL/W ice cream machine tested guarantees the provision of a fault-free product when used properly. Microbiological tests showed that there was no risk of bacteriological contamination of the ice cream mixture.
Any germs that may possibly access the ice cream mixture during re-filling are unable to multiply because of the constant cooling temperature of below +4°C and are killed by the pasteurisation system which works perfectly.
The full cleaning process stipulated every six weeks led in an extreme test produced very satisfactory results.From a microbiological point of view, the automatic ice cream dispenser is to be welcomed, because it is equipped with an integrated pasteurisation system and the stipulated cleaning process is carried out at regular intervals with the necessary regular service by trained LUMEN staff..."
