How to make cheese cake
Ingredients
4 Whole eggs
260gr Sugar
1 nos Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 nos Fresh Lemon Juice
500 g Mascarpone (soften)
250 g Halal ‘Golden Cream’ (whipped)
20g Halal Gelatine Powder
75 g Water
Procedure
1 Soak the gelatine powder with the water. Then,melt it.
2 Mix the eggs and sugar together. Heat up the mixture to 65 °C using
double boiled method.
3 Then, add in the fruit juices and whip it until cool.
4 Once the egg mixture cooled to room temperature, add in the softened ‘Cremosa’;
fold in the ‘Golden cream’ without over mixing.
5 Finally, mix in the gelatine solution as quickly as possible because it will set
the cake very fast.
6 You can start to assemble your cake by using orange sponge soaked with
orange syrup.
