Recombination tanks

Recombining some of the common dairy products like milk is relatively easy and straight forward. This is publicly available knowledge. However there are a range of dairy products which are not easily recombined and doing so requires access to specific technology.

Cream of Creams has developed the recombination technology for several dairy products that are now accessible to our dairy plant customers. Below are a set of products which can be added to your product portfolio:

- Whipping cream
- Thick cream
- Sour cream
- Reduced fat cooking cream
- Reduced fat top up cream
- Mascarpone cream cheese
- Ricotta cream cheese

Shelf life extension technology

Besides specific product technology we also offer shelf life extension technology for recombination plants that specifically heat treat their produce by means of pasteurization. Normal pasteurisation will provide around 2 weeks shelf life but the technology to extend this to 6 week's is now accessible to our dairy plant customers.

FHA 2012 Fair in Singapore

Cream of Creams exhibited at the FHA 2012 fair in Singapore from the 17th to the 20th of April 2012. It was a pleasure to meet many of our customers and to get such a great response from the Asian Food & Hotel industry! We look forward to working with many of you in the near future.
