Soft serve ice cream mix & premix

Cream of Creams uses the best natural ingredients to produce a deliciously rich and creamy soft serve mix, containing calcium and other nutritional value.

At the same time the product is conveniently low on fat and calories compared to traditional soft serve premixes. Our mix is available both in powder form and in liquid chilled form. Both types of mixes can be used on our LUNA  machines.

Back ground information for those new to soft ice cream

For those looking to minimize their costs above else the powder mix is the advised option. The powder dissolves very fast with a few whisks and delivers great quality. Our liquid premixes are designed more most ease of use and extended cleaning cycles of your soft serve machine.

Generally the difference in ingredient preparation between conventional ice cream and soft serve ice cream is the fat content. Soft ice cream uses significantly less fat. In general there are two types of mixes available;  powder mix  and ready to use liquid ice cream premix. The liquid premix is considered the most consistent in quality because of the process it goes through prior and after packaging. Cream of Creams specializes in the premix variety which requires refrigeration and must be used within 6 week. In return you will have a better quality soft serve ice cream and in combination with a heat treatment machine like the LUNA you will not need to clean the inside of your machine ever again. We will do that for you every six weeks!

Soft ice cream vending machines can be purchased online or locally. Before purchasing a machine it is advisable to determine what capacity you need and how much profit you want to make in relation the your available investment budget. It should be no surprise that the more expensive machines will make you a lot more profit, even within half a year, but will require a reasonable volume of sales and a higher initial invenstment. Background information for those new to soft ice cream

Soft serve ice cream is made and mixed in a soft cream machine and dispensed on demand. It is similar to the regular firmer kind of icecream, but because of the mixing process it becomes softer in texture and taste. It is also known for be soft and creamy, and can be found in different fast food restaurants and ice cream parlours.

To produce a good soft serve, the machine will need to be able to mix air into the mix throughout the duration of the freezing process.
